Coastal Haven in the Heart of Summerland

Perfect Stay, Property more beautiful in person than the photos. Positive: This is a Fantastic property! Everything has been designed with love and care, and if you appreciate everything well organized, and perfectly clean, you will love this property. The apartments, and the gardens have very nice furniture and furnitings, it has been designed for personal home comfort, not a rental property. The art throughout the property is real, not just random so called art that is mass made, and purchased at a commercial home goods store. You will find everything you need in the kitchen to make meals in, and Natty the owner who personally does her own communications with you, has some snacks, several different types of non-alcoholic drinks, and plenty of coffee for you to start off with. The mattress is very good, and the bedding is very nice. There is safe parking on property for each apartment, so going in and out for activities is easy. Checking in is super easy, you will receive a code for your apartment door prior to arriving. I personally love the small town of Summerland, it is close to so many things to do around Santa Barbara, it is best to have a car for this property, but you can also use Uber, and you can walk to restaurants and shops around Summerland. The property is a gorgeous place you will want to spend time at in the gardens, we loved being next to the beautiful water feature in the garden, the small waterfall is lovely to listen to. You will also love the gardens next door at the Sacred Space, and there is an ocean view park across from the apartments, great for adults and children. Natty, has built a gorgeous and comfortable property, her communication with you is great, and you feel she cares, and wants your stay with her to be nothing short of wonderful. Thank you, Natty! Positive: Back yard seating is next to a waterfall which makes it so relaxing. Landscaping and decor just beautiful! Didn’t have to contact the host because everything was perfect! Right next door to the Sacred Place. Nice little shop and garden to relax at.

Cant say enough about how lovely Jasmine Hideaway was! Positive: As close as it is to the highway, it feels like you’re in a quiet village, far away from it all - didn’t hear any traffic. Check in was a breeze with keyless entry, and there were snacks available to us and the fridge had a selection of drinks - a wonderful way to be welcomed after a long travel day. The apartment was clean and the decor was calming and very pleasing to the senses - my daughter was ready to move in :). There were 3 of us and had plenty of space. The sofa sleeper was a nice size and comfortable, as was the king bed. The proximity to Santa Barbara was great while enjoying the slow pace of quaint Summerland - which we enjoyed a short walk to dinner and breakfast. A final touch that I really appreciated was not having to strip the beds or take out the trash - when we checked out we just turned off the air and made sure the windows and doors were locked. We hope to back! Negative: There isn’t anything I didn’t like about our stay.

Peaceful little home with very attentive host

Great property! So many outdoor spaces to hangout plus two of our own patios. The bed was actually giant and very comfortable.
