Great outdoor area- very comfortable accomodation

I would return without hesitation Positive: Great location, great value, quiet, two patios, tasteful furnishings and landscaping, well equipped kitchen, quality free welcome basket on arrival, accessible friendly staff. Negative: I liked it all.

This Summerland property is exactly as shown on VRBO. Quite well stocked with cookware, utensils, cups/glasses, spices and a variety of drinks in the refrigerator. The entire unit was spotless. Parking was assigned and allowed easy access and exit. A/C unit worked quite well, but we hardly needed it. The entry process was easy with an electronic keypad, and Natty provided immediate support when I initially ran into some self-inflicted challenges - my own fat-finger mistake. Her communication and response was excellent!Access to the 101 freeway was very simple - only a few blocks away.Highly recommend this property and will definitely stay here again when I’m in the Santa Barbara area.

This was the perfect location! So easy to get to the 101 and get in and out of Santa Barbara. If you need or want a lower key day, this spot is within walking distance to cute little spots in Summerland. Natty was extremely communicative and helpful. They sent a really beautiful guide with helpful tips and info if you don’t know the area. The entire property and the amenities were beautiful and there was so much thought and care put into the details of the actual apartment. They filled the fridge with drinks and provided a lovely snack basket. Just such a nice touch. The bed was comfortable and the apartment the parking spot directly in front worked really well for our family with two little children. There was even a park directly across the street where we got to take them to run around and catch an ocean view at the same time. Summerland park down the road was our favorite park of the entire trip and we went to 5 different ones (if you have toddlers you know this is necessary) ha. Anyways, we would 100% stay here again and would like to invite friends to stay in an adjacent apartment next time!
