Immaculate place! Everything was amazing the pictures don't do justice this place is very clean, georgous and calm. Location is fabulous there's a coffee shop near by. Summerland Town is about 12 minutes walking. I'll definitely recommend everyone to stay here. Thank you Natty for the wonderful communication.

Amazing and relaxing stay!
My stay at Cozy 1BR Coastal w/ Private Garden & Balcony was amazing from start to finish. Communication prior to check-in was clear and thorough. The unit was sparkling clean with so many thoughtful details and very comfortable. The property is gorgeous and peaceful. It's a quick drive to West Beach and State Street in Santa Barbara. I highly recommend this spot!

Beautiful condo in a cozy area.
