Peaceful Summerland Retreat with Coastal Designs

This VRBO was so beautiful! Located in a more upscale, friendly neighborhood. People in the community were so approachable and went out of their way to say hello! Here are the highlights: spotless and clean, comfortable bed and couch, big living room, plenty of closet space, modern bathroom with a “rain” style shower, gorgeous Bali-inspired decor. This place is located on the 2nd floor (top floor). Loved it because there was no noise. Even during the 4th of July weekend, it was peaceful and Summerland had nobody setting off illegal fireworks. What a nice surprise! We slept through the night easily! The full kitchen has everything you need, plenty of Brita water filter, silverware, utensils, pots, pans and an espresso machine etc. The fridge came with free beverages (Fiji water, sparkling water, Coca Cola, coconut water etc). And free snacks: pretzels, potato chips. There’s a nice outdoor patio that overlooks a quiet residential parking lot and outdoor Bali-inspired garden with Buddha statues. Lots of birds including hummingbirds. A gorgeous hiking garden is across the street and fantastic restaurant/cafe. We got gourmet coffee every morning. All within a block from this VRBO. The ocean is very close, just across the freeway. Carpenteria and Santa Barbara are a quick 10 minute drive! Natty, the host, provided the best service we’ve ever experienced and was so accommodating and friendly! Providing a 5-star resort experience. Can’t wait to come back! Thank you!!!

Relaxing and clean get away 10/10 Positive: The property was beautiful! Loved how comfy and relaxing the place was and everything was spotless ! Negative: Honestly there wasn’t anything i didn’t like !
