Tropical 1BR Hideaway and Balcony

Nice place but… Positive: The rooms and common areas are beautifully decorated, with a lot of attention to detail. Everything is new, clean, and well-organized. The property is made up of several apartments, but they are well soundproofed, so you can’t really hear the neighbors. Negative: Unfortunately, the location between two streets means there is constant traffic noise. We stayed in Apartment #4, a one-bedroom apartment. The split AC is only in the bedroom, so if you need to use the sofa bed and close the bedroom door, you have to open the window in the living room, which lets in a lot of street noise. There are also railway tracks running along the coast, and the trains sound their horns extremely loudly as they pass by. Fortunately, I didn’t hear them at night. Another issue was the small ants — they were everywhere, even in the bed.

Positive: This is a beautiful property located just 5 minutes from the popular state street in Santa Barbara and minutes away from some of the best beaches. The rooms are large, well equipped with a very cute patio. Special mention for Natty. She was incredibly flexible, easily reachable and very helpful. Highly highly recommend and I will stay here again!

A wonderful retreat! Can’t wait to go back! Positive: It’s gorgeous! Lovely balcony with comfortable chairs. A moment from the ocean. Peaceful and quiet. Well equipped kitchen with coffee and cold drinks and snacks on arrival. Great hygiene products, wonderful bed and linens - all perfect! Negative: Nothing

If I go back to Santa Barbara, I'm hoping this place will be available for us to rent again Positive: Love their location. It was quiet so clean. It had everything you needed in the kitchen. If you were going to cook a meal, the bed was super comfortable. The amenities were great the landscaping and there was a place to barbecue. It was very zen
