Positive: Apartments were very well-appointed and grounds were exceptional. Gift baskets + drinks in the refrigerator were a very classy touch! It's less than a 4 minute walk into Summerland village, about a mile to Loon Point Beach, and right in between Carpinteria and Santa Barbara. Our host Natty checked in 2-3 times with us to make sure our stay was going well. It was! We are already discussing our next visit to this property. It's a wonderful place run by truly caring people.
