Tropical 1BR Hideaway and Balcony

Our stay at this vacation apartment was absolutely fantastic and exceeded all our expectations. The space was impeccably Positive: The property was very clean, welcoming and the property owner thought of all the details someone might need. Negative: I liked everything about this property.

This place was amazing!! Inside was very roomy and had everything you need. They do an amazing job with the attention to detail. From tar wipes to chargers on the bed side, to refreshments and snacks upon welcome. The location is walkable to anything to summerland 10/10 would stay again!

Brand new, fully equipped property in a perfect location north of Los Angeles, with an amazing host. Positive: The structure is modern and has all the comforts necessary for a long stay, especially in the kitchen there was no lack of any type of accessory. The location of the property is excellent for getting around the north part of Los Angeles.

A clean, quiet, and beautifully designed place with a thoughtful and friendly host. Positive: I had a wonderful stay! The apartment was spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. The private balcony and ocean view were absolutely relaxing. Natty was a lovely and thoughtful host — communication was smooth and friendly. She even followed up personally after my stay and truly cared about guest feedback. I’d definitely love to come back again. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Santa Barbara! Negative: Everything was perfect! My only small suggestion would be to add a bit more light-blocking for the circular window near the sofa bed, which would make it completely ideal.

Great place for a getaway. Positive: The location had two washers and dryers for use. The location was perfect for cycling with easy access to the coast and mountain roads. Although close to the highway you would never know due to the natural environment acting as a noise barrier. There is a beautiful boutique cafe within walking distance for morning coffee or a bite to eat. The apart was very comfortable and the host thought of everything from charging cords, to board games and complimentary drinks and snacks. The community outdoor living space was beautifully kept and was serene. I definitely recommend and would stay again. Negative: Everything was wonderful I truly enjoyed my stay.
