Tropical 1BR Hideaway and Balcony

If I go back to Santa Barbara, I'm hoping this place will be available for us to rent again Positive: Love their location. It was quiet so clean. It had everything you needed in the kitchen. We would definetly come again. Positive: It was beautiful. The small town of Summerville was perfect. You can walk to the beach and everything was close. The small touches in the apartment was a pleasant surprise. Negative: The porch light was very bright and it couldn’t be turned off. Other than that it was perfect.

Zen retreat Positive: Clean, lovely and fully stocked!

Excellent stay, the property is on the second floor with a balcony overlooking the parking lot and facing some beautiful properties up the hill. It's a well stocked and very well maintained apartment. An absolutely serene common area was just across the parking lot - not far from the apartment building. The owner has done an excellent job with creating a little Bali oasis on the edge of Summerland. Natty was responsive to our concerns. We hope to stay again some time soon!
